DQ GM Mentor is now a working campaign production hub and AI co-GM for DragonQuest and the Seagate community. Its purpose is to turn live conversation, campaign memory, GM craft, and planning review into usable Seeds, Boards, Planners, and playable campaign structure.

1. Story Arc Four-Part Loop

The version-1 campaign loop now centers on four connected Story Arc surfaces that carry a night from prep, through play, into review, and back into future planning:

Story Arc

Story Arc owns the night lifecycle and campaign memory. It tracks Pending, Current, and Past nights, holds the intended plan for an upcoming session, and preserves stable record once the work is done.

Night Review

Night Review is the active post-play workspace for a Current night. It compares the intended night with played truth, brings in Scribe Notes, supports optional Alaric voice context, and turns the session into a structured review the GM can trust.

Story Continuity

Story Continuity turns review output into future-facing change proposals. It helps the GM decide what should carry forward, what should be rewritten into later Arc guidance, and what should be accepted, ignored, or reworked before it changes the future story.

Post-Play Follow-Up

Post-play follow-up gives the loop a gentle re-entry path. A Talk agenda card and email invitation can bring the GM back on game day + 1 with a clear next step into review or Story Continuity, without turning the product into a noisy reminder system.

2. Trust Layer

The app is meant to be reviewable and trustworthy, not just impressive:

Campaign Memory: Retrieval can ground Alaric in campaign history, newsletters, wiki material, and stored planning artifacts so it is not limited to the current chat window.
Archive Grounding: Retrieval review and trust readback now help show when answers are strongly sourced, when the app is falling back, and when the GM should treat an output as provisional.
GM Craft: Coaching, rewrite review, and cross-surface review exist to help the GM decide what to keep, revise, or reject before it becomes table reality.

3. Current Build Status

The app is now in the late-stage build and hardening phase. Key built surfaces already include:

Used for NPC, NPC Group, and Monster Group generation through NPC Forge. The NPC save mode now maps onto the shared XAO visibility defaults so generated material carries a visibility record with it.

Manifest your Chronicle

Choose an export format in User Options. Google Doc exports need a conduit document. Markdown, PDF, and .docx can download directly.

Editor Access Required

Click the Share button in Google Docs and add the Forge's service account email as an Editor:
